A: 1. Check-in time at the pier is 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM. And the boarding time is 12.30.

You can inform the details of the check-in point at the pier by contacting the staff at the contact number 082-273-5856 of the shipping company directly or asking for information from the staff at the service point at the pier. (Customers must arrive at the port at least 1 hour before the ship's departure time.)

2. Contact the staff at the ticket counter to purchase tickets and wait to board the boat according to. the queue that the staff has informed you about.

3. When it's time to board the boat, the staff will call the customers to board the boat to go to the accommodation raft.

Note: If you wish to leave your luggage at the pier, you can contact the pier staff directly (there is a service charge).

A: The hotel offers three room categories: Hut Room, Deluxe Room, and Family Room.

Hut rooms and deluxe rooms differ in their bathroom amenities.

• A hut room accommodates two individuals and features a shared bathroom.

• A deluxe room is designed for two individuals and includes a private bathroom.

• A family room accommodates four individuals with two beds and an en-suite bathroom.

A: When booking via the hotel website, you can cancel your reservation through the same platform, unless it's a non-refundable full payment package. For reservations made elsewhere, cancellation must be done through the respective channel.
